VF used. 1945 Post WW II remainder of Nazi Germany Adolph Hitler three pfennig stamp overprinted with Osterreich. Scarcity of paper led to overprinting of existing stocks of stamps. Three pfennig was not issued for mail but sold to collectors. With "favor" cancel.
