GE B173 Brown Ribbon Horse Races

VF Issued in 1940 as part of a series to commemorate the Brown Band- races. The stamps of the series depict some of the most beautiful horses images printed on stamps. The subject shows a Classic rider, holding a wreath, and chariot.
