VF fault. This stamp was issued for Mussolini's visit to Berlin, Munich and Vienna in 1941. Showing the Fascist symbols of Italy and the 3rd Reich, it depicts both "Fuhrers" in a deep reddish-carmine. Small fault, no gum, pulled perf. or thin. Little effect on face.
