VF NH. 1942 Italian occupation of Montenegro. Yugoslavia stamps overprinted; "Governatorato del Montenegro, Valore and Lire." Italy occupied Montenegro until 1943 when it was defeated by Allied forces. The Germans then took over the occupation through 1944. Red overprint. Note: 2N25 ($350) not included.
